SaaS (software) companies always complain about ads, but maybe it's because they suck at it...
The Saas'ters are at it again.
Making a big ol' stink about "And I did it without running ads" like that's something brag worthy (it's arrogance & ignorance).
But first the question of the day...
|
|
|
If you could be profitable on ANY ad network, which would you choose? |

Why SaaS Companies Fail at Paid Ads, But It's Not Their Copy or Their Offers...
SaaS companies suck at paid ads, but it's not because of their offer or their copy - ππ©'π¨ π©ππππ§ π’ππ©π ππ¨ ππ‘π‘ π¬π§π€π£π. β And when they fix their math growth will be easy. β Let me explain what I mean... β SaaS offers are like supplement companies, in that they it's a monthly renewal pricing model. β At least, that's what my clients used to do. β They all used to try and get their customers on an auto-ship program for $49/mo. β But the math sucks. β Cost to acquire a customer is usually $60 - $90, which means you're not profitable until month 2 or 3. Which is really hard to sustain without investors. β SaaS companies charging $19/mo or $29/mo have the same problem. β Simple math says "just charge more than $90." β Uhhh... Ok?? β Poppy AI and Clickfunnels, they figured it out. β I'll explain in a minute... β With supplement companies, we simply moved them to a good, better, best pricing model. Also called, the 1/3/6 model. β βGood... 1 bottle = $59 Better... 3 bottles = $147 ($49/ea) Best... 6 bottles = $234 ($39/ea)β β You're still basically selling the bottles for $49 so no issue with margins. However, the perception is now that you're saving money by buying a 90 day supply. β Some will take the 1 bottle, and some will take the 6, but most take the 3 botle option. β The point is the average comes out to over $90. β VOILA... paid traffic is now profitable. β And paid traffic that is profitable is scalable. β Smart SaaS companies like Poppy & Clickfunnels, do the same thing by charging annual instead of monthly. β CF does currently have a monthly option (it's over $90) but they started with a $997 annual option that included bonuses. β This also gave them room to offer generous affiliate commissions. Which blew up their growth. β βSaying you can't do paid ads, is like saying you can't do basic math.β β If any of your other marketing works, then you clearly have an offer and copy that works. The only thing you are missing is a math situation that lets your paid ads be profitable. β It's how we've had thousands of Adskills customers from all kinds of markets create winning ads for almost a decade now.

October of 2019, I thought God was a fairy tale in the sky and then I saw overwhelming scientific and historical evidence that He was real. Alone in a hotel room, with no pastor, priest, or Bible I looked up and said, "Ok God you win!" That night I gave my life to Christ and everything changed.
