If you want an easy way to increase conversions on your landing pages, try the O.N.E. method...

I haven't heard ANYONE talking about this.

And I've been around whole rooms full of the best copywriters. When I worked at Agora, there was literally a room full of copywriters.

All they did all day, was read copywriting books, research markets, and write new advertorials or VSLs.

All day.

Every day.

That's all they did, and I never heard any of them talk about this...

I call it the O.N.E method.

It stands for "Old way, New way, Evidence."

Now, there is a really old school method called "Old way vs New way." It's similar, but this is like the new cooler version of that.

Old way vs New way was crude.

You explain all the bad parts of doing things the old way, and you explain the new better way.

And that works.

It's a great framework for creating persuasive content. Like, if you want to sell something on Twitter or FB, but without looking salesy.

But it's missing something.

Something CRITICAL!

In the upper levels of copywriting there is this concept from the old Greek philosophers called "ethos, pathos, and logos."

It stands for credibility, emotions, logic.

In short, the human brain can only argue something on those 3 aspects. If you can include all 3 of those aspects into your marketing argument, then their brain has nothing left to argue against it.

Obviously, you have to do it right.

That comes from knowing your market, but it's real.

Very real.

And what the "Old way vs New Way" method has always been missing, is the credibility aspect. Old way brings in the emotions, new way brings in the logic, but then where is the credibility??

Now, we have all 3 aspects...

When you add evidence to the end of old way vs new way, it's like putting a cherry on top. Now your marketing argument is perfect.

Here's how you do this right...

Start by bringing up the current way your customers have been doing whatever it is that they do.

The thing they're doing that is obviously not getting them the results they want, but they just can't see that fact.

Then you introduce a new way.

Something they haven't tried yet and let them smoke some hope-ium. You explain why this new way makes sense logically.

And then you dunk on 'em!

Evidence!

You don't just leave them with the idea of the new way. You include charts, quotes, data, and testimonials that all give evidence to your "new way" working as good as you claim it to work.
